funeral craziness is over, but we're moving my grandmother in soon, i hope. and i *think* all the lovely snot has finally drained from crying, and voice is okay even though i must have talked to 200 people at the wakes/funeral...i'm so lucky to have a loving and supportive

now i'm getting back to business, and have *soo* much to catch up on...

seriously, what bullyboys...the upside i hope is that ukraine and most of europe will see what hostages they are and increase greener energy efforts, faster....but that doesn't help much when your entire country has about enough reserves for heat for a week, in the middle of winter...
blearg, goals this week...should i begin to *attempt* to kick the sugar habit? i crave it all the time, and i know how bad it is...::sigh::
i suppose first sugar, then caffeine, if possible...i just don't think "herbal tea" is going to cut it at 5 am...
